📋 Description

• The Edge Talent Development and Certification team is responsible for building and executing the coursework required for our talent candidates to be placed in interviews with customers. • The team has to stay close to the requirements and tasks of each role Edge places, to ensure we are adequately preparing candidates and certifying a high quality of knowledge and preparedness prior to role placement. • Own the implementation, management, and improvement of education and certification programs at Edge. This includes building industry-specific strategies for the markets our talent serves (Health and Insurance with upcoming expansions). • Build industry expertise both through internal development of your own team, and leveraging external consultants. • Ensure we are up to date on the latest requirements, procedures and technologies; and that our coursework reflects those standards. • Collect and consolidate customer and talent feedback to understand and improve the applicability of our current course content - working towards the goal of efficiently preparing talent to perform in their assigned positions. • Design an operational strategy and team structure to support ongoing audits and quality checks of course content. • Identify opportunities to add efficiencies and reduce manual efforts within our programs. • Work closely with the product team to build the technology roadmap for the Talent Development team - including assessing our LMS and certification software capabilities and limitations. • Stay up-to-date on talent trends and best practices to enhance learning and talent management solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications. • 2+ years of experience leading training teams - ideally in a remote setting, ideally with a global audience • 6+ years of experience in training roles - with preference for candidates who have worked within healthcare or insurance industries • Proven track record of building and executing on new initiatives • Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to sequence activities logically • High self-confidence and interpersonal skills • Good communication (both verbal and written) skills • Excellent attention to detail • Team oriented • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adjust quickly to changes in priority, scope, and other business needs • Ability to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
