📋 Description

• OneRail is a SaaS platform revolutionizing last mile delivery. • We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with 7+ years quota-carry experience. • Must have experience building a pipeline from scratch by identifying prospects and managing outreach. • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives. • Utilize your expertise in contract negotiation to secure transactions ranging from $150k to $2M. • Identify the key stakeholders, cultivate and maintain strong relationships at client organizations. • Your first priority will be to build your own pipeline. • Work closely with multi-functionals including marketing, solution engineering, partnerships, and product marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven track record of success in a hunter role, with excellent prospecting experience. • Proven ability of understanding supply chain operations, logistics processes, and industry challenges. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth. • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline and track progress.
