• A strong background in e-commerce, retail, order management, logistics and supply chain business flow and best practices. • 3+ years combined experience in pre-sales/solutions, implementation, other client-facing, or consultative roles focused on SaaS technologies, or equivalent. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experienced with all levels including C suite and across functional areas (technology, finance, logistics, marketing, etc). • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex solutions to non-technical audiences. • Highly organized problem-solver with attention to detail and a passion for success. • Advanced skills in understanding and analyzing data. • Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities to executive stakeholders. • Highly skilled at creating slides using Microsoft PowerPoint and complex formula utilization of Microsoft Excel. • Experience reading and comprehending API documentation. • Deep understanding of software integrations and how to map integrations between applications. • The ability and enthusiasm to work in a team selling environment • Experience creating and making API calls, SQL, discuss JSON, SAML, PowerBI
