📋 Description
• Manage engineering managers to help increase their impact and that of their teams • Drive engineering processes and initiatives across the team • Foster a positive engineering culture of collaboration • Collaborate with leads across the company • Keep the level of execution of engineering team high • Partner with CTO in guiding technical direction • Manage recruiting and hiring processes for engineering
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience, including multiple years of successfully managing and mentoring engineering managers • Represents company values well • Experience in leading teams that deliver high quality products • Strong communicator and collaborator across functions • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and flexible to change • Knowledge of technical stack, including Python, JavaScript, AWS, GCP is a plus • Experience working in political tech ecosystem or tech-driven startups is a plus
