Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required. β€’ 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. β€’ Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications. β€’ Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and data privacy. β€’ Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions. β€’ Previous experience in the contact center industry is a plus.
