📋 Description

• Senior Sales Enablement Manager for strategic partnership and sales team development. • Drive holistic enablement strategy to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue growth. • Shape development, coaching, and upskilling of sales teams. • Lead high-impact programs and scale enablement initiatives to create a culture of continuous learning. • Design and execute sales enablement programs that accelerate seller performance. • Influence sales strategy and execution with data-driven insights and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. (MBA a plus). • Proven track record of partnering with sales leadership to design and implement enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in seller performance. • Strong leadership presence, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences. • Deep expertise in modern B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN Selling, Sandler). • Experience designing and executing multi-modal enablement programs (workshops, deal simulations, certifications, bootcamps, coaching frameworks). • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and revenue acceleration strategies. • Advanced knowledge of sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, SalesLoft, Gong) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
