Description

• The Solutions Architecture team is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI applications. • We act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for our customers, working to build an effective backlog of GenAI use cases. • You will pair with senior customer leaders to establish a GenAI strategy and identify the highest value applications. • This is a remote role based in Singapore. • Deeply embed with our most strategic platform customers. • Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify the best applications of GenAI. • Intervene directly to accelerate customer time to value through building hands-on prototypes and/or by delivering impactful strategic guidance. • Forge and manage relationships with our customers’ leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of their applications. • Contribute to our open-source developer and enterprise resources. • Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to the Product and Research teams.

Requirements

• Have 8+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience, bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders. • Are an effective and polished communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences. • Have led complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and have knowledge of network/cloud architecture. • Have industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript. • Own problems end-to-end and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done. • Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help your colleagues, and a desire to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed. • Are an effective, high throughput operator who can drive multiple concurrent projects and prioritize ruthlessly.
