Description

• The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all field operations within their assigned geographic area. • Develop and manage Automotive Locksmiths that deliver high quality products and customer service. • Assure compliance with High Tech Locksmith’s policies, procedures, and processes. • Manage and control expenses for employees operating within their assigned area. • Monitor and track performance (quality and quantity). • Travel may be required to complete in excess of 50% of job requirements.

Requirements

• Valid/current driver’s license is required • High school diploma or GED is required • Degree in business or related discipline preferred • Automotive locksmith experience preferred • Two years in a supervisory or management position preferred • Prior experience managing a remote workforce is preferred
