• At OpenProject, we believe that great project management software should be open, transparent, and accessible to everyone. • As the leading open source project management platform, we empower teams and organizations worldwide to collaborate efficiently and securely to achieve great things together. • As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing. • You will play a key leadership role, driving OpenProject’s brand positioning, demand generation, and thought leadership in the open source ecosystem. • Working closely with the Leadership, Sales, and Product teams, you will shape our marketing strategy and execution, ensuring OpenProject stands out as the go-to project management solution. • Your mission includes full ownership of our marketing strategy, leading a talented team and driving growth and visibility worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech marketing. • Proven success in executing impactful marketing strategies and driving growth in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, target markets, and customer personas. • Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms. • Proven ability to analyze metrics, track performance, and make data-informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1+), with strong presentation capabilities. • Experience in organizing, attending, and representing brands at industry events and conferences. • Passion for open source technology, remote collaboration, and community-driven innovation.
