• To drive the growth and success of our company by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients for SSL certificates • The Sr. SDR will build strong relationships, qualify leads, and seamlessly transition high-quality SQL’s opportunities to the sales team • By understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, the SDR plays a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and enhancing revenue in our target markets. • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods • Convert prospects into Qualified leads • Set appointments for the Regional Sales Manager • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference in CRM • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to develop effective lead-generation strategies • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines • Track progress towards meeting sales goals • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities • Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations • Provide accurate and timely information to management • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements

• 8 years of overall experience in sales and 3+ years of experience in IT sales (preferably in Hosting/Domains/SSL or SaaS/Tech industry), with a track record of exceeding or meeting set targets • Experience with cold calling • Proficient in GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc) • Experience in using CRM • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and social media • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Language skills: English. Any local language is appreciated. • Knowledge of the Indian market
