β€’ OpenSpace is seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Account Executive, Mid-market to join our dynamic team. β€’ You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level customers. β€’ Your ability to engage stakeholders, demonstrate value, and foster partnerships will be critical. β€’ You will manage the entire sales cycle and sell to General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners. β€’ Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through a consultative sales approach. β€’ Identify, develop, and close enterprise sales opportunities by understanding customer pain points. β€’ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships. β€’ Conduct high-level conversations with end-users to identify needs and demonstrate the value of OpenSpace solutions. β€’ Present customized demos, proposals, and ROI-driven solutions to prospective clients. β€’ Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and account growth. β€’ Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, providing regular sales forecasts and performance updates. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to refine sales strategies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in quota carrying enterprise sales, preferably within a SaaS company β€’ Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment β€’ Experience demonstrating software and comfortability selling to all C-Level executives β€’ Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, including discovery, proposal, and close phases β€’ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools (Zoom Info, Outreach, etc) β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and ROI effectively β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills β€’ Experience selling SaaS products in ConTech is preferred β€’ Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC is preferred β€’ This role requires the ability to travel.
