Description

• With millions of diners, tens of thousands of restaurants, and 23+ years of experience, OpenTable is an industry leader. • Responsible for supporting sales and services related programs, initiatives, and analytics in North America. • Needs excellent communication skills, project management, data analysis skills and experience with SQL queries, Salesforce.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills required, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP; equivalent Google Sheets experience preferred • Working knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, Geopointe/Salesforce Maps, Preset or comparable BI tool highly preferred • Experience with Customer Lifetime Value modeling a plus • Operational experience in measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, scale initiatives, etc • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including detailing business processes, use cases, and business requirements • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, problem solving, negotiation, task and project coordination, and organization skills • Understanding of sales processes • High energy and contagious enthusiasm; willing to take on tough projects • Self starter with strong sense of ownership and accountability and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote first and fast-paced environment and collaborate across time zones • Proven leadership or people management experience preferred • 5+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or strategy role
