• The Sales Director is responsible for ensuring that relevant customers, partners, and influencers choose NaturalPoint for their needs. • The Sales Director role requires an ability to sell directly, manage selling partners, and influence industry thought-leaders. • The Sales Director will think and act strategically and tactically in achieving business results. • Sales Director will contribute to the development of the company’s sales strategies and manage end user and partner relationships to achieve aggressive sales goals. • The successful candidate must work well with internal colleagues in support of a collaborative, customer-focused organization. • The Sales Director will manage relevant inside sales and field sales support resources. • Refine and execute sales strategy to meet business goals. • Identify, recruit, attain, and manage the best industry partners and industry thought-leaders. • Solicit and participate in joint sales calls, promote marketing programs, and participate in tradeshows.
• 5 + years of technology sales experience, preferably in MoCap industry. • 2 + Years experience leading or mentoring others highly desired. • Track record of demonstrated success selling and forecasting sales required • Demonstrated effective communication skills; oral, written and presentation, required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Preference for prior experience using Salesforce.com • Preference for experience with contemporary productivity and communication tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Social Media, telepresence, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast paced dynamic environment required • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered • Travel required 30-40% of the time • Valid driver’s license • Appropriate levels of personal vehicle insurance coverage and access to a personal vehicle • Requires ability to lift/move/set-up products weighing up to 40 pounds
