Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of B2B sales experience. β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue for a high-growth business environment. β€’ Experience in enterprise sales, ideally within energy and defense. β€’ Experience with complex contract negotiations and managing complex sales cycles. β€’ Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at organizations of various sizes. β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Attention to detail and excellent time management. β€’ Self-motivated, proactive team player with a bias for action in dynamic environments. β€’ Process-oriented, capable of balancing priorities while supporting customers, teams, and OSK. β€’ Ability to identify and manage scope creep effectively. β€’ Collaborate well with distributed and cross-functional teams.
