📋 Description

• As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will assist in executing marketing programs to generate and nurture leads. • Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, content distribution, and social media. • Assist in managing and optimizing lead nurture workflows and segmentation strategies. • Help maintain and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems to track leads and measure performance. • Assist in planning and promoting virtual and live events to drive lead acquisition and engagement. • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to distribute assets that drive traffic and conversions. • Monitor campaign performance metrics, create reports, and provide insights for optimization. • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and handoff processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related fields, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company. • Intermediate understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Pardot). • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing data. • Experience with email marketing, paid media, or SEO. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow. • Experience in the Microsoft 365 or IT management space is a plus, but not required.
