• ABOUT ORGANOX: • OrganOx is an innovative, fast-paced, global medical device company with a mission to save lives by making every donated organ count. • We are a commercial stage organ technology company, spun out of the University of Oxford in 2008, committed to improving transplantation outcomes throughout the world. • The company’s first product, the OrganOx metra® normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) system for liver transplantation, has been used to support more than 4,000 liver transplant operations globally. • As part of our ongoing expansion, we seek a Director of Clinical Support, Western Division to join our team. • POSITION SUMMARY: • The Director of Clinical Support is a management role with responsibility for directing and organizing the Clinical Specialist team to support the customers in North America. • The Director of Clinical Support is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing field implementation of OrganOx’s annual goals by managing activities of the clinical specialist team and clinical operations to achieve the revenue and profit goals of the company.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in management of clinical specialist teams in med tech industry or hospital setting. • Strong communicator, capable of effectively presenting ideas and concepts. • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization. • Strong analytical skills: ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw conclusions. • Strong leader and motivator with the ability to mentor talent within the organization. • Be prepared to accept a high degree of responsibility. • Be highly observant of people and procedures. • Have an analytic approach to problem solving. • Ability to work in a matrix organization. • Be willing to work long and unpredictable hours with travel. • Bachelor’s Degree; and at least 3 years of management experience. • Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Be able to travel regularly within North America as required. • Be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. • Legal authorization to work in the USA.
