📋 Description

• Lead project teams to meet project KPI’s regarding scope, cost, schedule, and quality. • Steer project execution to ensure project requirements are achieved. • Utilize Team Charters and Project Plans to guide project objectives. • Motivate team members to transition through various stages of development. • Conduct team alignment and KO sessions as required. • Clearly communicate project progress, potential issues, constraints, and resource requirements. • Assume accountability for Risk Management process for assigned projects. • Successfully identify and manage changes with timely stakeholder notifications. • Measure, track, monitor and control project elements including Earned Value Management (EVM). • Compile and present project reports to functional and management teams. • Ensure project documentation is well managed for project closeout. • Drive continuous improvement on projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, preferred • 5+ years Chemical Industry experience • 5+ years of project management in specialty chemicals manufacturing and/or EPC similar sector • Experience utilizing adaptive project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.) • PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred) • New Product Development experience (preferred) • Lean / Six Sigma Certification and demonstrated experience with continuous improvement techniques (preferred) • Experience with ERP (NetSuite / SAP / Oracle) or other project cost management tools (preferred)
