• Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in the assigned market. • Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan. • Work with the sales and support teams for customer satisfaction and revenue generation. • Responsible for the sales of specialty bracing tailored exclusively to the Pediatric Medical Community. • Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Managing Director and OPSB Sales VP. • Attends sales meetings and assists OPSB sales team and distributors. • Maximizes opportunities in closing sales. • Oversees and coordinates training & education efforts for selling organization and customers. • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry. • Extensive experience in all aspects of Sales and Account Management. • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. • Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas. • Fluent in English; Fluency in German and/or other European languages is beneficial.
