Description

• Oversee a team of Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses • Partner with the Medical Director on metrics and workflows • Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and guidelines • Serve as a clinical resource for licensed practical nurses • Review patient assessments, care plans, and interventions • Collaborate with stakeholders for patient care coordination • Drive operational efficiencies for the practice • Participate in quality improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing (LPN, LVN) • Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license in one of the following states: Georgia, Florida, Texas OR compact/multistate license • 4+ years of outpatient / ambulatory LVN/LPN experience • 2+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
