📋 Description
• Lead a team of 8-10 software engineers on the OSCAR Pro and Juno platforms. • Oversee day-to-day operations, driving technical excellence, platform stability, and interoperability. • Manage the full software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of healthcare software. • Coach and mentor developers, empowering them to achieve success while driving business growth. • Drive enhancements in unit testing, automated QA coverage, and CI/CD pipelines while overseeing code reviews. • Provide technical direction and leadership to integrate OSCAR Pro and Juno EMR systems into Polaris using FHIR. • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align efforts with business goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience across entire stack using Angular, React, Java or Kotlin, JUnit, Spring, Hibernate, Node.js, Git, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines. • Worked on data retrieval, storage, and performance optimization in SQL. • Champion of automated testing to enhance QA quality and coverage. • Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies. • Proven experience designing scalable, modular architectures and API development. • Familiarity with FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards preferred. • Experience creating and tracking KPIs and optimizing development efficiency, system performance, and product quality. • Dedicated to developing future leaders by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
