• Establish effective talent strategies by understanding the needs, plans and objectives of Otis’s Engineering and Digital Technology organizations to build continuous strong candidate pipelines • Collaborate with internal stakeholders regularly to understand requirements and expectations for openings as well as upcoming talent needs to support creative hiring strategies • Assess prospective candidates to understand their motivations, needs and alignment with the company • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process including overseeing and securing offer negotiations • Actively participate in educational opportunities, professional organizations, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience • Strong creative sourcing skills, thinking 'outside-of-the-box’ mentality • Customer-service centric professional with a proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships by remaining highly responsive to their needs • Proven ability to guide stakeholders through complex situations that deliver successful outcomes • General knowledge of US employment laws and best practices • Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment • Ability to multitask and flourish within a fast-paced high volume requisition environment • Remain flexible to the changing dynamics of our industry and willingness to assume additional responsibilities • Previous experience recruiting for an engineering and/or technical global organization • Experience with ATS and CRM software tools • Passionate for the ‘hunt’ of strong niche talent • A continuous learner who will bring improvement solutions to recruiting strategies
