•Own the entire recruiting life cycle for Technology and Product positions •Collaborate with hiring managers and business leads to develop, implement, and manage sourcing and closing strategies •Serve as a talent advisor by working closely with business leaders •Support projects across the Talent Acquisition team, prepare and deliver updates to internal teams, and identify areas for process improvement.
•BA/BS required •5+ years of recruiting at a rapidly growing company, preferably within agency recruitment or within the tech/healthtech industries. •3+ years of experience sourcing and vetting passive Software Engineering, ML/AI and Cyber Security talent. •Strong and creative sourcing skills within the technology industry to attract passive talent •Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start-to-end. •Deep understanding of interviewing best practices. •Experience using one or more applicant tracking systems. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
