β€’ Plan, develop, and execute advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and emerging platforms β€’ Lead quarterly or monthly planning sessions, presenting strategic roadmaps that align with client business objectives β€’ Measure and report on campaign performance, including lead trends/revenue, budget allocation, quality of search terms β€’ Create insightful, action-oriented monthly reports, clearly communicating performance and strategic recommendations to clients β€’ Collaborate with the immediate team and cross-departmentally on marketing strategies aligned with client business goals β€’ Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of clients' business priorities β€’ Conduct in-depth competitor and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies β€’ Perform keyword research and analyze creative assets β€’ Meet expectations for timelines, communication, results, and meaningful deliverables β€’ Lead client calls with accessible presentations of complex data β€’ Grow business acumen by exploring client industries β€’ Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends β€’ Continuously enhance knowledge and integrate innovative approaches and beta features into client strategies β€’ Work flexibly in a dynamic environment, demonstrating creativity and adaptability β€’ Implement personalized strategies across managed platforms β€’ Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to refine campaign elements β€’ Manage and optimize paid media budget allocation across channels and keywords β€’ Oversee end-to-end implementation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms β€’ Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the agency's collective knowledge base

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years experience preferred β€’ Demonstration of exemplary performance may supersede experience requirement β€’ Experience in digital marketing or paid advertising through coursework, internships, a previous role, or you have related digital marketing experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid media β€’ Digital marketing agency experience preferred β€’ Experience in eCommerce preferred β€’ Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics tools where you've measured results β€’ Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to Customers & Teammates in an approachable, credible manner both verbally and in writing as the role is client-facing β€’ Organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, with a sense of urgency to get things done β€’ Customer service experience where you managed client relationships or had an influence on customer experience β€’ Demonstrate expertise & understanding in using spreadsheet functions and formulas to analyze, identify trends, and summarize data β€’ Consultative, analytical background through agency or client freelance contracts β€’ Utilize appropriate tools such as Keyword Planner, ChatGPT or related tools to enhance, develop and evaluate optimization strategies & effectiveness
