Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience managing global websites in a B2B/SaaS technology company. • 5 years of experience managing a high-performing web team and external agency partners and vendors. • Hands-on experience with various web technologies, including WordPress, PathFactory, Drift, SEO, A/B testing, and personalization tools. • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven experience in resolving project issues, developing cross-departmental consensus, and fostering collaboration in challenging business and technical situations. • Strong analytic and reporting skills. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt to audience needs across organizations. • Agile and energetic, with a commitment to continually evaluate strategies and make necessary adjustments to align with changing business needs. • Experience managing agencies and creative freelance resources.
