Description

• Collaborate closely with account leaders and clients to understand their creative needs • Manage relationships from a creative perspective alongside internal creative senior leadership • Assign tasks and traffic projects within the team based on skill set and availability • Oversee and mentor a group of project managers and producers, designers, visual/motion artists, and content copywriters • Maintain collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in creative industry across B2B and/or B2C companies • Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field • Extensive hands-on experience in creative production, project planning, and workflow optimization • Knowledge of shoot production process • Experience orchestrating the creation of content for TV, videos, print, performance, and social campaigns • Proficient in project management tools, and creative and production workflows • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and best practices
