• Answer inbound phone calls on warm leads • Pre-qualify and classify applicants • Provide coverage consultation to small business owners • Sell small commercial lines products • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team

Requirements

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required • Two or more years of Property & Casualty experience is preferred • Call center experience valued • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell difficult messages • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Competitive nature and strong desire to win • Organizational and desk management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
