Description

• Immediate opening for a Post-Acute Sales Rep • Call on post-acute care market including long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers • Sell clinical and operational solutions to decision makers • Sell products including incontinence, skin care, DME, advance wound care, and gloves • Develop strong knowledge base about Medline’s product catalog and services • Build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers • Cold calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunities • Present new products and initiatives • Educate customers on current industry trends and regulations • Prepare bids and negotiate contracts • Take ownership of your territory—grow it like your own business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience with cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience • OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience with cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience • Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization • Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business • Build consensus with complex sales strategies/approaches • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment • Ability to present multiple product lines • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Stable work history • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day
