Description

• As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Outschool’s growth initiatives. • You will lead efforts across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, referral programs, and new marketing channels to expand our reach to families globally. • Collaborating closely with product, data, and marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in defining scalable marketing strategies while continuously experimenting to find new growth levers. • This role reports to the Head of Marketing and involves managing a small, agile growth team. • As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will own and scale Outschool’s growth strategy across multiple channels and functions.

Requirements

• Experience: Significant track record (ideally 6-10 years) in growth marketing, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-scaling environment, ideally in marketplaces, edtech, or SaaS. • Marketing Expertise: Proven success in product marketing, paid media, lifecycle marketing, content strategy, and operations. • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning stakeholders around shared goals. • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. • Experimentation & Agility: Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and the ability to pivot quickly based on data insights. • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
