• Company Overview: Join us for an enriching journey with Outset, a trailblazing medical device company that is revolutionizing the field of dialysis. • Position Overview: The Director of Patient Experience is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the Tablo Home Programs and driving the growth and operational excellence of our home dialysis customer programs. • Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Tablo Program Managers, Coordinators, and Specialists. • Strategic Execution: Implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive growth in the home dialysis segment. • Patient Retention: Develop and execute strategies to increase patient retention and treatment volume. • Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline referral growth and program expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home therapies. • Proven track record of leadership and management in a customer-centric environment. • Strong operational thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Experience in client/patient relationship management and operational performance oversight. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft applications, and other relevant software tools. • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%). • Prior experience in dialysis or home healthcare. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Creative problem solver with a passion for customer success. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
