• Sales Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing and leading a sales team. • At least 3 years of experience partnering with marketing and sales operations teams. • 3+ years of experience in a new client acquisition role. • BPO industry experience highly preferred, but not required. • Collegiate level skill set in proofreading, spelling, grammar and overall proficiency in business professional listening, writing and verbal communication skills. • Excellent ability to remain organized and handle multiple tasks and projects, prioritize, be independent, manage time effectively, high attention to detail, and be a self-starter. • Technical Experience (Equipment and Tools Used): Extensive Intent Data tool experience (Apollo.io, Zoom Info, 6Sense experience preferred). • High level of social media proficiency including LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. • High level of competency with video content creation, sharing, and posting. • Internet and PC proficient. • Proficiency in cloud-based software, CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce, HubSpot and process modeling tools. • Demonstrated experience with high efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing. • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Calendar experience. • Experience with telephone systems and conference calling.
