• Outsource Access is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. • Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. • Ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales background, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase company products and services. • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales materials. • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the BPO/outsourcing industry. • Strong understanding of business development strategies and sales techniques. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and objectives. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Willingness to travel, as required.
