β€’ Outsource Access is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant - Recruitment Support to assist our HR team in streamlining the recruitment process. β€’ This unique role combines traditional executive assistant duties with targeted recruitment support, making it ideal for someone enthusiastic about human resources and talent acquisition. β€’ The successful candidate will play a critical role in attracting top talent and enhancing our recruitment efficiency. β€’ Support the Recruiter in sourcing and attracting top talent using job portals, social media, and networking channels. β€’ Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements. β€’ Maintain and organize candidate records in the applicant tracking system. β€’ Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. β€’ Create and publish job postings across multiple recruitment platforms. β€’ Engage with potential candidates through proactive outreach and follow-ups. β€’ Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes and documentation.
