• Fully remote role supporting senior leaders by managing schedules and operations • Requires excellent organization, confidentiality, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Role includes scheduling, email management, administrative support, and process improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role • Strong organization and time management skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems • High attention to detail and confidentiality • Flexibility to handle urgent tasks outside regular hours • Experience in climate tech, AI, or energy industries (Nice-to-Have) • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools (Nice-to-Have) • Experience supporting senior executives (Nice-to-Have) • Comfortable working in a startup with limited public information (Nice-to-Have)
