🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, operations, and financial management roles. • Proven track record in launching digital projects such as podcasts, online courses, or social media campaigns. • Demonstrated expertise in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills. • Hands-on experience with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting using Xero or similar software. • Proficiency in Gmail for effective email communications. • Experience with project and task management tools like Notion (or similar platforms). • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
