• Proven experience in product ownership or business analysis, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and related tools. • Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver well-communicated, on-time projects. • Expertise in user story management, QA/UAT coordination, and Agile methodologies. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. • 5+ years in Salesforce configuration, administration, and implementation; certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plus. • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management software. • Experience with direct sales and channel partner models is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
