Description

• Develop and execute a territory strategy that works collaboratively across a matrixed organization. • Develop deep customer insights and build strong professional relationships with Healthcare Practitioners. • Represent Verona’s products and services to a customer base, generating and growing sales. • Utilize technology best practices and communication technology to increase productivity. • Support KOL advocacy and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/ biotech sales experience preferred. • Experience in a specialty pharmacy, alternative channel distribution, and/or HUB experience preferred. • Proven track record of success in exceeding goals in sales territory. • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills, as well as influencing, and negotiating skills. • Strict compliance with Verona’s commercial compliance policy, and all applicable federal and state laws and guidance relating to product promotion and information dissemination.
