• Overall responsibility for the (Inside) Sales Team, actively expanding and strategizing • Leading the (Inside) Sales Managers • Defining clear goals and optimizing sales processes within CRM • Conducting regular coaching sessions and developing team members • Actively involved in sales activities and participating in conferences

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or sales positions, preferably in healthcare or B2B • Ability to convince medical professionals (doctors) • Leadership and motivation experience • Proficient with CRM solutions like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot • Friendly and well-organized with an interest in the healthcare sector • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
