• To build a healthier future for all, our mission is to provide the most accessible and effective care to people living with weight-related conditions. • By blending behaviour change therapy with our unique technology and an incredible team of passionate employees, we are creating affordable and accessible app-based healthcare programs to tackle conditions such as obesity and type 2 Diabetes. • You will be joining an organization that has treated 500.000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations. • Your goal will be to improve our Oviva Patient Acquisition Funnel to support our patients to experience a smooth land, sign up and onboarding into our Oviva Programme. • You will work in a product trio and be responsible for the delivery of the design solution, as well as strategically and conceptually evolving the Acquisition and Onboarding Funnel in close collaboration with the Product Managers and Engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on growth-oriented design and optimization. • Strong portfolio, showcasing your ability to drive user engagement and conversion through design solutions. • Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven design methodologies. • You are a collaborator - You will be in continuous collaboration with product managers and engineers at every phase of the product development process • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. • Proficient in Figma and user research tools • Excellent communication skills both in German (must) and English • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. • Master's degree is a plus. • Desirable: Good understanding of behavioural psychology • Already worked for a nutritional care or behaviour change company • Motion/animated design experience
