• Owner is the all-in-one platform that restaurants use to succeed online. • Thousands of restaurant owners use our tools to build their website, drive online orders, create their own branded app, manage their customer relationships, and set up marketing automations. • Learn more about the problems we are solving for our customers here. • We’re building a movement of ambitious restaurant owners. As our head of community, you’ll lead our efforts for building relationships within our audience.
🎯 Requirements
• Restaurant leadership or management experience. Restaurant owners should look at you as a peer, or someone to learn from. • Social media / content marketing background. A big part of this role is creating content. You’ll be running webinars and capturing moments from offline events that you lead. • You’re okay with lots of travel. Since restaurant owners are very IRL, we want to meet them where they are, and so you should expect to be on the road on a monthly basis. • Strong understanding of restaurant operations to be able to share best practices and competitive insights with customers.
🏖️ Benefits
• The estimated starting salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 USD, plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package. • Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, monthly lifestyle stipend, unlimited/flexible PTO - plus extra fun perks!
