β’ Our Business Development Manager will contribute to building and managing the full sales cycle of business development. β’ The business development approach at P2P.org is built on the proactive efforts of every BDM in collaboration with the product, legal, and research teams. You should be persistent in your drive to close a deal, curious, and inventive in finding ways to achieve results. β’ Working on the strategic account list with action plans to acquire and grow business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers, banks, VCs and hedge funds. β’ Managing a full user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations, and then helping make them successful. β’ Participate in both high-level business and technical discussions within various organizational tiers, effectively communicating P2P's unique selling points. β’ Managing and spearheading deals, autonomously coordinating with relevant departments required for deal closure - product, legal, and research.
