📋 Description
• This position provides support and education for clinical and non-clinical programs with an emphasis on Infection Control and Disease Prevention. • Develop, implement, educate, and monitor clinical programs that meet Professional Nursing Standard of Care. • Advise and support facilities in their efforts to comply with State and Federal Survey Regulations for Medicare and Medicaid Licensure and Certification. • Assist facilities in response to endemic, epidemic, and pandemic disease outbreaks. • Provide oversight for reportable events submitted to HD, including reviewing and approving reportable documents.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's preferred). • Current RN license in good standing. • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to Medicare and Medicaid Licensure and Certification. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Ability to travel as needed.
