β’ This position provides support and education for clinical and non-clinical programs with an emphasis on Infection Control and Disease Prevention. β’ Develop, implement, educate, and monitor clinical programs that meet Professional Nursing Standard of Care. β’ Advise and support facilities in their efforts to comply with State and Federal Survey Regulations for Medicare and Medicaid Licensure and Certification. β’ Assist facilities in response to endemic, epidemic, and pandemic disease outbreaks. β’ Provide oversight for reportable events submitted to HD, including reviewing and approving reportable documents.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's preferred). β’ Current RN license in good standing. β’ Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. β’ Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to Medicare and Medicaid Licensure and Certification. β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. β’ Ability to travel as needed.
