• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. • Experience in Customer Success roles within SaaS companies. • Knowledge in procurement, supply chain management, business processes, or finance. • Proactive problem-solver; excels at identifying challenges. • Handles multiple responsibilities with ease; loves getting things done. • Communicates clearly and empathetically. • Extensive experience working with large enterprises. • Thrives in dynamic environments with attention to detail. • Proficient with technology and eager to learn new tools. • Location-based in the US and eligible to work.
