β’ 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing. β’ Proven ability to create and execute customer engagement strategies. β’ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making. β’ Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software - we use Braze, Iterable, and Hubspot. β’ Expertise in email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering. β’ Familiarity with marketplace, fintech, or real estate sectors. β’ Passion for testing, learning, and implementing new marketing approaches. β’ Deep understanding of segmentation and personalized communication strategies. β’ Track record of improving engagement, retention, and monetization metrics. β’ Strong communication and leadership skills to drive projects and inspire teams.
