• Best Egg is the leading financial confidence platform that provides flexible solutions to real-life challenges for people with limited savings. • Our culture and values inspire our employees and customers to embrace Best Egg. • We are committed to championing a culture of inclusiveness and diversity of thought. • We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Direct Mail Marketing Director to lead our Customer Acquisition efforts across multiple products. • The Direct Mail Marketing Director will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for growing both the Best Egg customer base and loan originations in the Direct Mail Channel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in direct mail or direct response marketing, preferably in the fintech, financial services, or subscription-based industries. • Proven track record of leading successful customer acquisition campaigns through offline channels. • Strong analytical skills and experience with customer segmentation, data analysis, and performance measurement. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Experience managing external vendors and negotiating contracts. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
