🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of revenue marketing experience, 2+ years of standout leadership experience • Early stage experience (e.g. seed, series a, series b, etc) • Proven ability to scale marketing from $10M to $50M ARR, aligning brand, demand, and partner marketing efforts. • Early adopter of ChatGPT and other leading tools like Claude, etc, and demonstrated success leveraging outcomes with these tools for individual work and across teams • Strong expertise in content marketing, creative direction, and website strategy. • Deep understanding of performance marketing and paid media optimization. • Experience leading high-growth demand generation teams with measurable revenue impact. • Exceptional project management skills, able to drive multiple high-visibility initiatives in parallel. • Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. • Data-driven mindset, fluent in marketing analytics, attribution, and pipeline forecasting. • High EQ, strong leadership presence, and a bias for action.
