📋 Description

• Ensure seamless execution of the division’s strategic objectives by developing and managing operational workflows, • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure goals are met efficiently and effectively. • Act as a thought partner to the VP in operational and tactical decision-making. • Serve as a key liaison between the VP and division staff, • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance division efficiency. • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and the VP.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience, • 5+ years in leadership roles managing operations or programs in a nonprofit or advocacy organization. • Understanding of marketing, communications, or campaigns strongly preferred. • Experience in team management, project execution, and cross-departmental collaboration, • Proven ability to operationalize decisions into actionable plans. • Demonstrated success in overseeing the implementation of strategic goals in dynamic environments. • Strong project management and organizational skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strategic problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively. • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Trello) and data analysis platforms. • Adept at building relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Proactive and decisive leader with the ability to manage stress. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring division operations run smoothly and effectively. • Alignment with NDWA’s vision and values, including a commitment to economic, racial, and gender justice. • Ability to work and collaborate with diverse staff in person and remotely and as part of a high-performing team.
