• 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or CRM analytics, preferably in a consumer technology, gaming, or sports betting environment. • 4+ years of experience as a people manager, preferably 2+ years experience managing managers. • Strong expertise in digital marketing analytics, including paid media, organic growth, marketing attribution, and experimentation (incrementality testing, etc.). • Experience working with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or promotions data, analyzing customer segmentation, churn prediction, and engagement strategies. • Deep SQL expertise and familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Sigma, Looker, etc.). • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Retention, Product, Engineering, and Finance. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
