• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; • 10-12+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or partner marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and partner engagement in a SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles and best practices. • Experience developing and managing partner programs. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of marketing metrics. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Experience in the cybersecurity or digital executive protection industry is a plus.
