β’ Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency specializing in remote work opportunities. β’ Seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager and Operations Specialist. β’ Oversee and optimize the performance of Amazon Seller Central accounts. β’ Manage product listings, ensuring account health, and improving logistics and shipment processes. β’ Collaborate with PPC team, brand management, and creative services to enhance sales performance. β’ Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central for multiple marketplaces. β’ Optimize back-end data, monitor Inventory Performance Index (IPI) scores. β’ Create and manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments. β’ Generate weekly reports on key metrics and sales performance. β’ Create, manage, and optimize product listings and implement SEO best practices. β’ Handle Brand Registry processes and manage unauthorized seller issues. β’ Support and review Amazon PPC performance and manage promotions for key sales events. β’ Resolve listing issues and account health violations.
β’ Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably across multiple marketplaces. β’ Strong understanding of FBA, logistics, and shipment processes. β’ Experience in SEO optimization, using tools like Helium10 or similar. β’ Proficiency in creating and managing Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content). β’ Solid knowledge of Amazonβs policies and procedures, including Brand Registry and account health. β’ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. β’ Ability to collaborate with PPC specialists, creative teams, and external stakeholders to achieve goals. β’ Familiarity with Amazon Search Query Performance and Strikezone SEO strategies. β’ Experience troubleshooting listing issues, reinstatements, and account suspensions. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports.
