β€’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. β€’ Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues. β€’ Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and account management. β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient service. β€’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and improve processes. β€’ Manage and update customer records in the company CRM system.

Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment. β€’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. β€’ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office applications. β€’ Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
